Pulse Ambulance & Medical Services operates a modern well equipped fleet consisting of 2 Front Line A&E Ambulances and 1 off road rapid response vehicle. The Land Rover Freelander is our primary off-road rapid response vehicle and is used in situations that a standard Ambulance is unable to get to due to ground conditions in order to get crews as close to the patient in as short a space of time in as safe a manner as possible.
